Registration fees


  • All fees are to be settled in South African Rand (ZAR). The Euro equivalent shown is an indication only and based on EUR 1 = ZAR 13.40. Current exchange rates can be found at
  • IAPCO 2016 is registered for value added tax (VAT) in South Africa only.
  • Early registration fees are available until 31 December 2015.
  • Standard registration fees are in effect from 1 January 2016 until the start of IAPCO 2016.

Co-Delegate Discount

  • Companies that register more than one delegate for the Meeting are eligible for a substantial discount on registration fees. When the primary delegate registers, he/she will receive a co-delegate code that can be used by subsequent delegates from the same company in order to access the discount. The discount is applicable to Early Bird and Standard Rates.

    • City Sightseeing tour (use at any time)
    • Friday morning group tour to one of Cape Town’s iconic destinations

    All registration fees exclude:

    • Pre-meeting tours
    • Meetings Africa
    • Accommodation costs
    • Travel costs
    • Travel insurance
    • Visa or inoculation costs

    Terms and Conditions

    1. A completed registration and/or accommodation booking will be acknowledged within seven (7) days.
    2. A registration and/or accommodation booking will only be valid once full payment of the amount owed is received and cleared.
    3. All payments must be made payable to IAPCO 2016.
    4. All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR) within seven (7) days of invoice. Any short payment resulting from bank charges and/or exchange rate fluctuations will be charged to the participant.
    5. All cancellations must be made and received in writing by the IAPCO 2016 Meeting Secretariat.
    6. Cancellation fees will be imposed as follows:
      • Cancellations before 8 January will receive a full refund of all monies paid, less a 15% administration fee.
      • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 8 January 2016, or for no-shows, and the participant will be liable for the full amount due in respect of registration fees and/or accommodation amounts due.
    7. A registration is transferable to a participant not yet registered only if the IAPCO 2016 Meeting Secretariat is informed in writing at least 72 hours prior to the start of the Meeting.
    8. A registration may not be shared, i.e. shared name tags will not be issued and name tags may not be shared.
    9. The IAPCO 2016 Meeting Secretariat reserves the right to amend the listed registration and accommodation rates should the prevailing rate of VAT (currently 14%) or the current tourism levy (currently1%) be increased or changed. The same applies should any new levy or tax be imposed.
    10. Hotel guests are liable for any additional charges incurred during their stay and will be required to provide credit card details upon check in in order to cover any such extras.
